What Does SASE Stand For

Hey im newish here, and everybody seems to send SASE.

What does it mean.?
Is it Important.?

Please answer the questions.!!

Hello, an SASE is a self addressed stamped envelope, a means of paying the return postage for an autograph you have requested through the mail. You would include this in with your letter. They are quite important as it shows the the writer is willing to pay the postage costs and not just after a free autograph. The can also improve the chances of receiving a reply too!

You should always send a SASE with your letter so that the celeb doesnt have to pay for postage.
