Has anyone sent a letter to try and get an EastEnders autograph? If so, who was the actor/actress and how long did it take to recieve a reply/the autograph?

EDIT: I sent letters to Heather Trott and Barbara Windsor - I use character names as most people know them!

Every actor/actress in the show responds differently. My Jake Wood one took only a few days, I sent one to Larry Lamb on the same day, 3 months later I'm still waiting for a response. It really depends on who you send to. You could be waiting a few days, week or even months.

Every actor takes a different time depending on how busy they are. Some dont reply at all. If you want to name some of the cast I'll give you a rough outline on how long they take.

As cb1892 and EastendersFan have said: it completely varies, you can't really compare them. You said you have written to Barbara Windsor, well she tends to be very quick, she is great with her fans! Mine arrived in 4 days! :o

As other people have said, everyone takes different lengths of time to reply. When I wrote to Louisa Lytton it took 2 months, but my Lacey Turner success took 6 months+. So it will just depend on the actor, how busy they are, how much fanmail they get and how much time they dedicate to their fanmail.

I sent one to Samantha Janus about 4 or 5 months ago. I guess she'll take ages, coz she's dead popular. At the same time, I sent one to Michelle Ryan. Not had a response yet from either.

Ive sent 4 reqeusts to Sam Janus. Shes in my 'Most wanted'. I would do anything for her autograph. She's a very rare signer but hopefully ill get lucky {thumb2}
