I know actors are pretty good with responding to fan mail and sending autographs, but how are singers and bands with fanmail?

What are some successes you guys have had when writing to bands and singers?

Eventually I would love to write to Carrie Underwood and Paramore!

Well it obviously depends on the singer/band, just like with actors, but I have seen (and received) some very nice successes from singers and bands. I haven't wrote to as many singers/bands as I have actors but I have got some of my favourites so I'm happy.

Here's the singers and bands I have got:

Jennifer Lopez (PP)

But there are several singers and bands that I plan to write to VV soon

Basically, any band or singer you like, just search them to see if they ever reply.
If they do, I would defiantly try any favorites. (:
Even if they don't, you can always try.
You'll never know if you get lucky.
And no matter what they do, all celebrities are different with fan mail.
You mentioned Carrie Underwood. She hasn't replied for quite a while. So, you don't have a great shot at getting hers...But, you can always try. Or possibly send via venue.
Paramore isn't great with fanmail. Only one actual autograph success, this past January. So, they haven't replied for a while. But, there's an okay chance. I'd defiantly try them. You might get at least something back. In the last success the person got a fanpack rather than an autograph actually. (:
