Hello i'm a big fan of Susan Sarandon i have wrote to her alot of times to differnt addresses. i see people on here and other sites getting autographs of her. it seems like im the only one not getting an autograph of her. i just wrote to her to the play she is doing in nyc. i get so mad when after i tryed the addresses people are getting successes. here are the addresses i had tryed.

Did you include a photo for her to sign?

I don't know how she is through her agency - check her feedback using the search bar and see. I do know that she signs Via Venue (so the play address should be good). She can take a while to respond.

Be patient. Sometimes you'll get a response after 2 weeks, other times after a year. This hobby is all about patience.

Give her some time then. The average request takes about 3 months to receive. Sometimes it's more, sometimes it's less.
