How long after a gig should you give up on VV?

I've had VV successes come back after 8 or 9 months! Don't ever give up on it. A week is nothing to wait in the world of autograph collecting!

I waited 2 weeks after the Katy Perry gig i sent too. I received a great response. Usually they take the letters with them. And they will try & fit it in. Especially if they are on tour they will be really busy. Keep up hope

i usually give up on a VV after two weeks or so, but i gotta say, don't give up hope!
just last week i received my stuff back signed (from taylor swift) that i sent to a venue in mid july 2008.

wow i sent to her for her april 30th date so i guess i may have quite a wait as well

I got Peter Kay vv after a whole year! I also waited a long time to hear back from Dolly Parton. I completely gave up on that request coz I wrote to her at a UK tour date and never heard back while she was over here. She replied ,months later and paid postage herself from the USA! So, never give up! {thumb2}
