how do they forward fan mail

Hey all i was just wondering how they foward fan mail to the stars when they are filming something. i was wondering beacuse i sent my letter to robert using his uk one and they said they forward his mail to the set of the new movie.

I guess they forward the mail as with any other mail that needs to be forwarded: someone puts the new address (the one it gets forwarded to) on the envelopes (perhaps puts them in a box) and send them away to where he is. Robert's mail has always been forwarded to where he is, that's why he seems to be replying to almost everyone.

They just send all the letters to the address the celeb is using for a project

I have always wondered this, as I have written to a few celebrities lately via production studioes. Great question!
