I think thats a bit odd.

I don't really know. They might just mix the packs up randomly but then again it could be what you say in your letter.

I agree with Dubsbball14. It can often depend on what you say in your letter.

Otherwise, it might just depend who packed your envelope, and whether they were looking at what they were doing
