Express Photo Printer Format Help

Unread post by JamesLarden »

I have been trying to create a simple index card. I have photoshop but i find it a bit difficult, so i use MS Paint. I included the television show's logo and whenever i save the image, the colour goes all blurry/unpure. I know how to stop this - Save the image as PNG - but i am not sure if a) my memory card supports this format, and b) if the ASDA express photo machines will print this format.

HELP!!!! :shock:

Thanks, James {thumb2}

Hi there.

The reason the logo goes blury is because MS Paint saves automatically as .BNP which isn't great quality as it is. Saving as .PNG will be better, and I am sure that memory cards support this format and that ASDA will print it too.

But don't quote me, I can check for you quickly if you like? {thumb2}

Hey, some more info.

From what I've seen most memory cards for cameras these days support the .PNG format so it should work. And ASDA's photo printers should print the format without any trouble, I mean I think I have a CSI.PNG photo around somewhere that was printed in an ASDA store....
