No, I think mine would say:
"Thank you for protecting my friends and family. Thank you for facing danger for my right to be free. Thank you for protecting the United States of America."

Thanks for the nice replies...I'm glad this site was useful to some of you.

Whether you agree with the war or not, nobody can deny the courage and bravery of the men and women fighting overseas. It's also important to remember that it was the government that started the war, not the troops, who have sacrificed so much for their country.
