how do you get those shiny pics for stars to sign for you?

like im new to this and im gonna need some help......
i dont get where or how ppl get those pictures that look like photographs of stars to send off.can you guys plz tell me where i can get them?for free?and which websites? and also where do you get the Q&A pages?

Most people either print the photos from their home printers or have them professionally printed (via websites or walmart, drug stores, etc.)
For the record, ink doesn't tend to stick to glossy photos as well as matte. So I wouldnt recommend the "shiny" ones.
As far as the images themselves, sites like Google images and others are good places to look for photos of celebrities.

Members make there own Q&A sheets with about 5 questions on.
You can make your own
You can print pictures of at home using your home printer or you can order them online.
Here are a few websites I use to print my pictures..

For my custom cards. I google pics and get the best quaility ones. Put them together using Paint Shop Pro. And then send them to Costco photo for printing. 13 cents for a 4x6 and a $1.50 for a 8x10. And I can send them through the internet and then pick them up in an hour or less.
