Hey JoyTaylor12!
First of all-welcome here :mrgreen:
I do use them always. There are some celebrities who pay for their own postage but your chances to get a success are much bigger if you send SASE or IRC {thumb2}
Enjoy,
Urša

I always send them or postage. You can't expect the stars to sign for you and pay the postage.

I have a horrible success rate using IRC's. {down} I am going to start purchasing foreign stamps. You only need to buy IRC's if you are sending international and you don't have that counties stamps on-hand. {thumb2}

I voted yes, I always like to provide postage for the person I am writing to, be it in the form of IRCs and an SAE or an SASE with stamps from that country in it. I find SASEs to be much more effective than IRCs though.

Happy collecting! {thumb2}

I don't use IRCs, I haven't had to yet, I either trade stamps or buy stamps off members here if I want to send internationally.

I voted no. I don't use IRCs, I use stamps (you should always pay postage of some description).

I just use SASEs. The two times I tried to use IRC's, I had them sent back to me and the celebrities paid the postage. I think SASEs are far more handy and effective.
