I've gotten tons. There are some really awesome free sports sites with a community just like this except sports only. I won't list them but over 500 in the past year. Most are really good.
Kaline is odd, he will sign but you never know when. He might RTS you today and if you send it right back he might sign it. Maz, Kaline, Koufax and Morgan all charge; that is probably the reason for RTS. Write "donation enclosed" on the envelope. Morgan will sign index cards free through ESPN. Sandberg signs through the minor league team he works for. Gwynn has never been a good signer. Deion I've tried through all the teams he played for, his home, and various broadcasting addresses; never got anything back. Ozzie I believe dosen't do TTM either.

Re: Former Baseball Players TTM
If you send to Valenzuela, only send one card. Most people who send two get an RTS. I've heard a rumor that he doesn't like Topps and is reluctant to sign them, but I've seen plenty of successes with Topps cards from him.
And yes, for baseball addresses it is a good idea to join a sports address site or two. I have signed up for the free membership at SportsCollectors.com, although they do have a paid memebership which is only 15.00 per year. There are a lot more addresses there. Always run the addresses through a white pages site and the USPS zip code finder site first to be sure someone didn't try to slip in a fake address. That's happened to me a few times.
