I've been to 4 local post offices, Only one knew what I was talking about. The last one told me he thought they had done away with them? Any hints?

I just send cash for my overseas requests. They only carry IRC's in bigger cities but they cost $1.80 now. $2.00 is much easier because you generally have to send 2 IRC's.

I never use IRCs, you could always try trading stamps or buying stamps from other members on here in the autographs for sale forum, I found it's much easier then sending cash or IRCs, only because then the person doesn't have to buy stamps, they can just sign and put it in the envelope

Well apparently the post office hires complete idiots... I recommend calling and asking another post office, one with intelligent employees.
