a couple qusteions about writing to taylor swift

as most of you know, i absolutely love Taylor swift i think she is the prettiest girl on the planet, a amazing singer, and her songs are all phenomenal.
now i have tried her ttm twice and so far not gotten a response, i wrote her once in April of 08, and the most recent time was this past January both times i wrote to her Nashville address.
i saw a fair amount of successes from her and i got hope that i would get her autograph. what i am wondering is should i wait to re-send her since she is on tour and most likely just behind on her fanmail? and is she a decent signer via venue? because i was debating whether to try vv.
personally i don't like sending vv because if you don't get a response fairly fast then you know you failed on getting the persons autograph you wanted, and i just see a lot of flaws trying vv.
but yes can you please give me words of wisdom on how to obtain taylor's auto ttm.
ps. please do not start any authenticity debates.
btw. the reason i see such flaws with vv, is because i have no success vv , unless you count a tv set adress as vv(off topic)
