How many 1st Class Stamps must I use to send a small letter from UK to Europe?

Under 20g (0.7oz) 56p
Under 40g (1.4oz) 81p
Under 60g (2.1oz) £1.05
If you're just buying 1st class stamps they're worth 39p (2nd class are worth 30p) {thumb2}
