Going to a movie premier...Got a question?

Unread post by zipbags »

I was able to get tickets to the premier and after-party for the sci-fi thriller "Pandorum". It stars Dennis Quaid, Ben Foster and Cam Gigandet (my daughter is freaking). I have been to two other premiers and their are always other celebs that attend. I was hoping their was a site that might know or guess who will be coming to the premier. Even if its a few days before. I want to bring things to have signed.

Try googling the building or theatre where the event is taking place and you should be able to find some info on who might attend. I think they like to keep it on a low profile to prevent tons of fans bringing lots of items.

Hopefully that will help you.

Don't know of any sites that'll post the guest list, but you can check imdb.com for a cast list. {thumb2}

Hope this helped.

The only people that would find out are press so they know who to interview.

Otherwise, you can try calling the theatre/venue.

I already have that much planned. I have custom cards for Cam for Twilight and Ben Foster for X-Men. Will probably bring a GI Joe photo for Dennis Quaid for my son. I have been to 2 other premiers. And their are always other celebs. And I always wish I had a photo for them to sign instead of a 3x5 card.

I work at a moviewebsite here in the Netherlands and we get premier tickets for movies in Amsterdam all the time. What the publicist here in Holland does, is give a list of names of people that are INVITED to attend the premier. Most of the times I secretly go and stand between the fans, so I can ask autographs, because my boss thinks its unprofessional to ask it when Im 'working' and I agree with him. But almost always not all the stars show up. I went to a premier once where some of my favorite stars were on the list but none of them actually showed up. So that sucks. What I would do if I were you is find out who the publicist is and ask them.. and if that doesnt work, find out what press is going to be there and ask them instad.. I know theres only a small chance but who knows! Good luck! And Im allready jealous of your Ben Foster autograph!
