Who Signed These?

Can anyone help me identify who signed these? I was looking through my collection and these aren't labeled, but I do have the envelopes they came in. They were mailed in 2009 and were likely popular TTM signers at that time.
The first one is postmarked from San Jose, CA. The second one is from Dallas, TX, and the bottom one is from Altoona, PA....if that helps at all. That's about all the info I have.
