Via venue help?

Hello,

I want to write to Pink,Miranda Cosgrove and Miley cyrus soon. Their concerts are all on september 13. When should I send my items to send? Don't really want to lose my items. Pink is for me and my mom as we are both fans and the cd cover is for my mom and index card is for me.


Also it will be my 4th letter TO Miranda and I want to try her Via venue now. I love her and she is one of my most wanted now. Igot my number 1 a few days ago witch was Britney spears!

Casey08, it all depends on where the concerts are! So, if there in the United States I would just send the letters off a couple of days before the concert. If the concerts are in a different country, I would send them maybe a week in advance to make sure they get there in time.

I'm also sending one to Pink, but on the 24th of sept. to her concert in Houston. Good Luck!

It does depend on where the concerts are. I would aim to have your letter get there a day or two before the concert. If you're in the USA, then I would send about 5-6 days before the concert, outside of the US, send about 10-14 days early.

be sure to write on your envelope "Please hold for Name of Performer on Concert Date

Then it's up to the management of the venue and the performers management to get your letter to the performer.

If the concert is in the same country as you, you should send it about 1 week before the concert. If it is going overseas, then you should send it 2 or 3 weeks before.

Remember to write "Please hold for CELEB on CONCERT DATE'' in the bottom right hand corner of your envelope
