I was just wondering if someone is waiting for a reply from Rob and / or Sheri Moon Zombie.
I sent out a request many months ago but I haven’t received a reply yet.
They usually are very kind with fans: well, now that H2 has been released, I really hope they will start signing ttm again shortly!

On average it takes Rob and Sheri 3 months to reply. I recieved my request back in 2 1/2 months. I wouldn't worry about your request, Rob and Sheri Moon are fantastic with fan mail. I have heard Rob is an autograph collector also. You will receive a response, I am 99.99% sure. He has been busy with H2 lately, don't expect a response until after he is done promoting the film.

For those who has sent it out and received, will they both sign something if the envelope was addressed only to Rob?

Yes, if you asked them both to sign something in your LOR, otherwise no. I addressed my envelope to both of them when I sent out my request.
