need help deciphering these 3 1998-era Philadelphia Eagles

Hi there! I helped a family of clowns with the 1998 Eagles Carnival. I figured out all of the other autographs... I just need help with these 3! I tried searching for player numbers and such...



the next one is clearly #24. The #24 listed for the '98 Eagles doesn't match the signature.. hmm!


also, this is written on top of the card... who/what is this?
