Ok..Hey Everyone I Have Been On This Site For a GOOD AMT. OF TIME...And I Have About 350 Successes TOTAL And Its Been About 8 Months..But I Wanna Ask a Qustion And Please Help Me

USA Has Their Own Stamps.
CANADA Has Their Own Stamps.
AUSTRAILIA Has Their Own Stamps.

WHY CAN I USE USA STAMPS TO SEND SOMETHING TO CANADA BUT NOT AUSTRAILIA?

Maybe you didn't have enough postage. Sending stuff to Canada and Mexico cost about 15 cents less than other, over ocean countries

But I Was Sending To AUSTRAILIA....And I Always Put The Same Postage On...lol. DO I NEED International Stamps To Send To Ausrailia?

You can use USA stamps to send anywhere---it just costs more. Check the usps.com web site for the rates.

You can not use USA stamps on a SASE for other countries. The stamps have to be from the country that the letter is sent from.

example to send a letter, sase and 4x6 photo to the UK it costs 98 cents on the envelope. The sase needs a 90 cent stamp from the UK so you get the photo back. (I think that is right amount) or just include a IRC if you can find them (I can't)

To send to Austrailia, for a regular envelope, would cost 98 cents. and yes, you will need an IRC, or just hope that person is generous enough to send it without you paying the shipping

No I Will Pay For It...I WIll Jus Send a IRC

As others have mentioned, insufficient postage is likely the problem.. a 1oz letter costs $0.75 to Canada and $0.98 to Australia.. Canada is that much closer after all. I would imagine though, that if USPS returned the envelope to you, it should have something along the lines of "insufficient postage" stamped on it.

Was it over 1oz, or larger than 6x11? What reason was stamped on the envelope?
