Irc vs stamp

I sent a SASE to Britney Spears with irc's at a VV do i have a chance of getting it back ??

Generally it is more convenient to send an self addressed stamped envelope with VV requests especially, as they [IRCs] don't need to be exchanged for stamped to send it back to you. Though having said that, it's better to have included IRCs than nothing at all.
I'm afraid I can't really say whether you will get it back or not but I really hope you do. If you have any more questions please feel free to post them on the forum!
