Which singers/bands sign Via Venue which are touring in the UK. I have sent out loads of VV requests, but haven't got anything back.

That's kind of an impossible question to answer, as it's always changing. One show they may sign via that venue and the next nobody will get a reply. Did you confirm the addresses you used and made sure that the venues you sent to passed along fanmail?
