lady gaga can she sign this pisture????

Does anyone know if Lady Gaga can sign a glossy of her fame monster logo the one with the big hair not the one with the blood coming out of he eyes? because i might meet her and i just do not want her to say she cant sign the photo

Sometimes there are copy wrights and the celebrities are not aloud to sign sertant photos and i know some people that have met some celebrities and they said no and i dont want that to happen to me
