IRC New Desing

Well, I never realized about this 'till today 
About 2 or 3 months ago, I bought and IRC. Today I was looking and it, and I found it's a new desing, valid until 12-31-2013.

There isn't apost office within 45 miles of here that has them; and probably futher. I just got dicgusted after the 45 miles range came up empty.
