Man, so many for me, but I have to put Sterling Sharpe from the Packers back in 88-89. He said he would sign stuff for us fans after he was done talking with his family/friends, and after an hour or so, he just took off - Nothing ... Not a word.

Yup Hall of Famer Tom Sever. I met him in the Dimond Club at Shea Stadium on openning day many years ago. I was 12 years and had no idea who he was until it was only me, my father and him in the elovator. I asked if he was Tom Sever and if I could have his aitograph he said no I am busy. Mean while we are the only ones in the evovator. To this day me and father hate this guy.

This does NOT surprise me at all - I hate Kathy Griffin.....

I've met a lot of jerks while trying to get autographs. Not all of them are well known. What stands out to me are a few guys who are coaches at the Triple-A baseball level who failed to make it in the big leagues as players, hence their autographs aren't worth a nickel but they still won't sign. I still can't figure that one out.
