Who charges a fee?

hey guys I want to send out to bunch of baseball hall of famers. I was wondering who charges and how much. Any info will really help thanks.

Pretty whoever has a charity foundation will charge. Some HOFer's will charge, not all. I recommend doing some reseach. Look at past feedback!
