hawaii/alaska vs. mainland

does it cost more to mail something form hawaii/alaska to the mainland USA than it does between the other 48 states???
just a curiosity...
i thought it might because of airfaire at such...

The postage rates are the same for all 50 states.

Nope. The price structure is the same to the other 48 states.

I cost me $1.05 for return postage from Hawaii to Chicago. This is the same price it cost me to send anywhere else within the continental US. This might not be the case for everything, I'm not completly sure. I suggest looking up postage rates at USPS.com. {up}

I wish I was human dictionary. I have been called a human encyclopedia though! I wasn't refering to the words you used, but to the way you used the words. Nevermind, not important... :lol:

i just remember words, like when i hear a word, i remember the context and the meaning...almost without fail.
i like it.
it makes it easy to BS in class essays, but when i use it writing term papers, i get in trouble because my teachers think i'm plaigarizing with all of the big words im using.

anyways....
encycolpedias are cool too...
