I am looking for someone to trade or sell me UK and French stamps. I can trade you for US ones...or I can PayPal you to send them to me. I really need to send out a few UK (4) and French (3) requests and since the USPS stopped selling IRC's I don't like to send US cash thru the mail. PM me if you are interested in trading, etc. David

Though, IRCs haven't been discontinued, you should still be able to buy them.
