I've only ever sent requests by post, but was wondering what I should include in my e-mail? Adress? Name? LOR?

When I send email requests, I always make sure to include my name & address at the end of the letter. And try to make your emails longer than "Hey can you send me an autograph?" type ones. I break mine down in to 5 or 6 sentences just like I would with a regular snail mail letter.
