NONE! i wouldnt dare to try it....i would be too scared that it wouldnt come back..i ALWAYS Include postage!

I have never sent one without postage. Why should the person sign your photo for you and then pay the postage to send it back. It really makes your chances slim to none. So I have never tried it.

I sent one once when I was paying for an autograph TTM, but that was the only time. If I have to pay for an autograph, I expect them to pay for postage.

about 5... this was before i knew what SASE's were though... been using those ever since.

I ALWAYS send a SASE, I find it very rude to provide everything else, and wimp out on return postage.

Not to be rude guys, but I just wanted to know if you have recieved any autographs using an SAE. I didn't ask whether I should send an SAE or a SASE.

So far I've received 17 using a SAE. I can't buy ![[us]](./images/smilies/flag_us.gif "USA")
and ![[uk]](./images/smilies/flag_uk.gif "UK")
postage nor IRC's so I usually try to write a sincere letter and hope that's enough for them to send back. And so far 17 have . It may not sound much for some, but that is because I mainly collect German autographs and only have a few American and English persons I want to have.

since their agencies clearly state it to be a necessity
