i'm sending a letter to jenntette mccurdy
but i need a name to send the letter
i should put
Jennette Faye McCurdy
or to who is directed?

Yes, you'll put her name on the envelope then the address. No need to put the 'Faye' part as she really doesn't go by her full name.
