Hi, I wish to send a 12x8 photo in an C4 envelope, including a C4 sae and lor. I live in the Uk and I am planning to send the letter to Nashville,TN, USA. How many ircs should I include for a reply? I have been told that 2 IRCs should cover it, just to confirm please can you tell me how many? Also please could you tell me how many dollars I should enclose if my post office doesn't have any IRCs?

Without knowing the weight of it all, it's hard to really give an accurate answer. I would think it's under 2oz, in which case, $2.08 USD (3 IRCs) will cover the return postage.
