I put a small peice of paper and another envelope folded in half and a 4x6 in a #10 envelope and sent it as usual and it came back saying it needed 44 cents extra postage!!???? this is the only one that has come back like that....what happened?

You may need to add some extra postage. I've had that happen to me a few times.
