what does theodore Gray send?

I'm not sure this is the right forum. But, the other day I emailed Theodore Gray (Author , columnist for Popular Science Magazine , co-founder of Wolfram research) and he responded saying an autograph is in the mail. I keep looking everywhere but, it seems that he doesn't send out pictures so, i ask what does he send in response to autograph request?
