Because I don't think I've seen many from him.

No, I know he passed away...I just wonder if he signed many autographs before his death.

You also need to factor in how much demand there is for his autograph. Even if his autograph is "rare," if he wasn't that popular it won't be worth much in current value. Guys like him tend to be forgotten eventually so it probably won't have much future value either.

I think Billy signed a lot at promotion appearances and trade shows where he would demo Oxyclean or many of the other products he pitched.
So, I don't think his signature is rare.
Now, for a bit of a personal story regarding how I got a signed photo of Billy Anthony Sullivan.
I had sent an email to Sullivan Productions back when Pitchmen (which was my favorite show at the time it was airing) was just starting asking for an autographed photo of Billy and Anthony Sullivan.
A signed photo of both men came in the mail a few days after Billy died.
I emailed my contact at Sullivan Productions because quite frankly, it freaked me out a bit, and they said that Discovery had just gotten them some promo photos for the show and Billy and Sully had signed a bunch of them for fans that were waiting for them.
I've done extensive research online and found other copies of this picture with both Mays' and Sullivan's signature in different places and it passed both the Sharpie light reflection and signature pressure point tests.
Certainly not a preprint and not autopen and the sign matches Billy Mays' known signature.
On a sidenote, Anthony Sullivan is very inconsistent with his "A". He's signed it lower-cased "a" before and a capital "A" as well.
And I've also seen a "A" that turns into a star on some of his sigs. That said, his last name always looks the same. I guess he just likes to switch it up.
