What to do with the envelope that the autograph comes in?

So far I kept all of mine in a big zipper bag, but I'm just wondering what will I do with them later on? They usually come with a return address, as in if I needed to know the address again, I could go and get it, but what do you guys do with all the envelopes you get after looking at your autograph?
-I mean, they can come from Cali., London...what should I do?
*Sorry if this is in the wrong place. You can move this topic if you need to. I'm new to forums.

Thank You!

Perfect spot to ask this! I personally keep all mine and just put the autographs back into them once I put place the signed items in protective pages.

The envelopes themselves can be a collection of their own!

Almost all of the ones which have come back to me have been my own envelopes with no return address or anything else added, so generally go into the recycling. If the stamps are unfranked I'll cut them off and use them again, if they are postmarked then I give them to a girl at work who collects them for charity.
If the star/celebrity wrote anything on the envelope I'd keep it, but otherwise there's already too much clutter in the house to allow empty envelopes house-room.

I always keep mine. I'm not sure why. For future reference, proof that I got it, and just because I like to.

I never keep mine, I just scan them, and then recycle them, just because I don't think of them as important. They're just my SASEs normally, with minimal postmarks. I can see why people would keep the envelopes, but I don't do it myself.

I keep my envelopes, too. I don't really know why I keep them, but I do. I put them in a box after they're opened.

Same.
They all just say my name and address in my own handwriting, and there is no return address or anything, so no point in keeping a bunch of used envelopes in my own handwriting!
