how many is too many?

I'm wanting to send off for a band while they are out on tour this summer. I've done my homework and know which venues they will be at that will pass on mail. The question is that many of the dates are real close togethor, is it rude to send 5 or 6 or so at a time. If I don't I will lose my chance and not know if any will come back before next chance goes by, but it's not like I'm expecting them to do them all or for them to think I'm bombarding them. what's your ideas.

I think that may be too many. I would only send two at the most.

I agree. I never send more than 2 pictures. I think sending too many things dcreases my chances of getting the autograph.

That is what I understood.
If so, I would only send 2, maybe 3 of the requests. If all 3 of those venues you send to forward mail, you are bound to get at least one of the requests back. I think 5 or 6 is too excessive...

Well, most of the time I send one item, sometimes two, rarely three. With football players, I will send 4-6 cards if I have multiples, and I will tell them to just sign 2 and keep the rest for other seekers. That way it seems as if I am helping them out. :-)

I mean sending one photo to numerous venues, that way if for whatever reason a few venues do not get the letter to them, then one way or another I get one photo signed.
