Hoping for the best, I sent Peyton Manning a mini helmet, with a genuine LOR, and $10 donation/used for return shipping all in a box. I sent it on August 1st, 2010 and still have not received it. I am optimistic, however, I have seen many successes from Peyton who have sent their items after I did.

Any ideas?

I hope you get it back. I havent picked up on this pattern yet on why some people may get their item signed and while others get a pre-printed or a pre-signed picture instead. I'll be looking out for your success though and good luck!
