How often do you send out requests?

I was just wondering how often members on here send requests of to people. When I was looking through this forum I noticed loads of people sending out huge amounts of letters per week or whatever whereas I send out about 2-3 every two months.
I only send out a small number of requests every so often as I don't really like spending loads on photos,IRCs etc.

So what about you guys?

I'm a huge sports fan so I send out maybe 5 per week.

Only so many people i like so i have sent to most of them and now i mostly send VV to people i cant get through a agency or didnt hear back from,and some people i just wait until a good address becomes available.I would say i currently send maybe 2 to 4 per month.

I send out about one a week, sometimes less. It gets expensive and I don't want to spend too much on it. I try to be patient and get some replies before sending a whole bunch out.

Maybe about 8-10 per month?

It depends. One month I can sent out 5, maybe 10. Another month I can't sent out anything, so I save my requests up which can result in a big batch of 20-30 going out in that month, but that is rarely. Usually it's 5 or 10

There isn't a certain amount I send out per week or month, I just write to the people on my list when I have some free time. I haven't sent any in a few months but I am starting to get back into collecting again and will be sending out as many letters as I find time to write in the next few days.
