I studied history at University (3 year undergraduate, and 1 year postgraduate) and I LOVE history. My specialty area, however, is medieval Europe (c. 1000 - 1500 AD), so not very many autographs available from that time! But I have asked some of the authors of history books on my subject for their autographs, so I have autographs from the historians I admire the most - does that count?

I really enjoy getting historical figures. Quite a few I have that are no longer with us. 
I have had successes ranging from people involved with Anne Frank to WW1 vets.
