I heard on the radio several years ago (so it must be true!) that the Royal Mail sorting office at Worksop (England) gets inundated with letters from juvenile illiterates during December each year.

I am so tempted to get our daughter to ask the jolly little man who every year downs a half bottle of Scotch and does the necessary for the youngsters at the church fete near us for an autograph... She would too.

If you mean Hayley Mills, I wrote to the address in the database (the England one) recently and heard back very quickly.

Santa's become so full of himself, the best you can hope for now are just his initials, but he only ever signs as "K.K." (Kris Kringle). If you get an "S.C.", that's Mrs. Claus playing secretary.
