Unread post by louiepalouie88 »

Does anybody know any websites with athlete's addresses that you can use for free? Any help is appreciated.

SportsCollectors.net is arguably the best one out there. You can sign up for the free membership and view the last two weeks of successes. I've signed up for the paid prescription and it is only 15 bucks per year. This way I can view success rates, other addresses where people have sent to, how many items were sent/received and more. It"s well worth it. Here's a few more...

Minnesota Twins reliever Pat Neshek's bulletin board: http://pneshek.proboards39.com/index.cgi
Has a forum for TTMs. Most of the addresses listed there are good.

Alex Hippolito's Snail Mail: http://www.hipolitodesigns.com/Index.cfm
He's an avid seeker of TTMs himself. His info is very trustworthy.

As far as I know, this is a site that requires a yearly or monthly fee to become a member of the board. But you can read through the boards for free and see what you can pick up. You just can't post anything. Some people love the board, some hate it. I have read some very negative comments about the guy running it.

Once you find an address, double check it on this USPS site first: http://zip4.usps.com/zip4/welcome.jsp because a lot of people misspell addresses or are too lazy to proof read their postings. Then check the address on the White Pages site to be sure it's not a fake address: http://www.whitepages.com/ and do a reverse address search. Or if you want you can try your luck looking up players on that site also. I've gotten lucky a few times doing that.
