Hey all
Just asking some advice on how to send a poster to get signed. Not sure if to just sent it in a tube and hope it comes back in the same one or send in within another poster tube if i can find one.
Anyone sent a poster to be signed?
Thanks for your help
Bear

I've never sent a poster, but the proper way to do it, is to get two poster tubes one smaller than the other and place the poster in the smaller tube and that tube into the larger one. Make sure to attach proper postage to the inner SASE tube.
Also, it would help if I knew who you were sending to. Is it a P.O. Box address? Because sometimes it's best to send a letter ahead of time so they know to be expecting one. if you don't it's very likey it would get placed in the back mail room and forgotten about if they don't know it's there.
Hope that helps!

Okay! I have seen poster successes from him.

Been a while since he's replied to people though, he probably so backlogged with mail with all the Twilight hype going on.

i've sent mini posters (11x17inch) to robert englund and john carpenter and have gotten them all back.
i put them in the tubes i received them in, and put them inside of a box that i got from work for free.
you could go the route of the double shipping tube, but if you can find a free box somewhere that would work too. also i think a box like that would be harder to misplace
