Dang dude! {down} Have you thought of personalizing autographs you sign to both the person's fisrt and last name?? Even in-person? Christian Bale does this and it makes it harder for people to resell them as most collectors don't want a photo personalized to someone else. {up}

A thought occurs... Do you,and by extension anyone with their auto on ebay, have a legal right to stop your autograph from being sold?

Legally, i dont think so. I believe the law says that if you receive something in the mail either requested or unrequested its yours to do with as you please. I remember back in the day Demi Moore would write 'NOT FOR SALE' on pics she signed and they still were sold.

This ebayer is why real fans have a problem getting authentic stuff. His entire sales history is a pathetic sham of abusing the celebs. He must send 20 letters to every celeb who is usually an automatic auto. I hate scum who can't get a real job, so they take advanatage of celebs good anture. Then when a celeb sees all their recent TTM autographs on ebay we start gettin PP or AP from then on.

You should expose the person who is doing this so everyone will know not to help them or trade w/ them.

Yes it is. If you own the autograph you can sell it or do anything you want with it. I mean, people even possess legal documents, checks, contracts, etc. that are freely sold.
