Why does a a topic get moved to the trash folder?

If you post feedback without the required info (sent/received dates, address used, pic of the success, etc..) it generally gets moved to the trash because the success is unverifiable.

Thats weird, I pretty much follow the same format for all my posts, and some don't get moved away. Oh well, I guess I'll have to add more details.
