Sending multiple photos

What are the thoughts about people who send 2, 3 or even 4 photos for celebs to sign?

I can well understand if you just can't decide between 2 photos, but frankly I feel 2 is pushing it and any more is just greedy. Surely one signed photo is enough for a collection?

If I was a celeb I would only sign one ;)

This has been discussed many times before. I usually send two items, a photo and an index card. If they happen to be in two programmes I love, I have on occasion sent 3 (2 photos and an index card). I'd never personally send more than that as I feel it's abusing their generosity.

It depends. I sent Freida Pinto a picture of her, a picture of her and Dev Patel in ''Slumdog Millionaire'' and an index card. My plan is to get the pic signed by Dav as well, but if it gets lost in the mail, I still have a signed photo of her. I stuck the index card in my autograph book. My aim is to create a kind of ''gallery'' of index cards so to speak.but I digress. My point is there were reasons for sending what I did.
I have absolutely no problem with a celeb having a ''one only'' policy, but I don't see 3 or 4 photos asgreedy. (unless you are going to sell them) after all, an autograph takes all of two seconds.

I normally send 2... 2 different photos, normally an 8x6" and a 6x4", or an A4 and 8x6, it's only so I can choose which size to put on the wall, and if one gets damaged, ;)

2 is what I sent. I've only sent 3 photos one time, that was to Dawn French, but for the rest, 2 is the maximum!

I send one or two, generally two if they've been in Doctor Who or something our kids like, when I'll ask for them to sign one for me and one for the kids, so they can fight over them when they're older.

The only time I've sent three was to someone who is a hero to me and our two boys, and I asked him to dedicate one to each of us.

If I'm aiming to collect everyone on the photo then I'll do what Jaffer does and send the group photo and an individual one in case it goes astray (as one did recently with a photo signed by two out of three. To my astonishment the person who had signed it then arranged to get another one signed by all three of them to replace it!)

Usually one, sometimes two, with the exception of the one mentioned above.

For me, it depends on the celeb I send to. I usually send 2-3 photos for celebs here in the states, unless I see feedback stating they only sign one photograph. For international celebs, I send 4-6 photos only because I probably will only send to them once.

Why would you need to send to them more than once anyway?

6 photos?!?

On how many occasions have you actually received all of them back signed? I'm sorry but that's just being greedy IMO.

I've sent out 6 photos to 2 celebs (so far), Delta Goodrem and Nell Mcandrew. Nell was kind enough to sign all 6. I have yet to recieve my request from Delta. And if you look at my sig, Rosamund Pike signed all 4 of my photos, as did Dannii Minogue. If the celeb is willing to sign all the photos, than it's a bonus for me. I'll be content if they sign only one. You call me greedy, others may call me lucky.
