Hand written or typed LOR?

just wonderd who hand writes their letters?
I have never typed a LOR, all mine are hand written

I always hand-write my requests as I think it's more personal and shows I put more effort into it. I think typed letters look too formal.

I've done both, and I've gotten successes both ways. I almost always just handwrite now, though.
