Which country do you live in?

In the UK I get mine from a nearby supermarket, or by mail ordering online.

Mainly, you need to find someone who is prepared to not notice that you're printing off pictures to which you don't own the copyright (unless, obviously, you do).

Snapfish is easiest bet.. (Most countries)

USA: Wal-Mart

UK: Boots, Jessops etc.

As for in the States, I've found Walmart's site to be just a tad cheaper than Snapfish. My last order (site to store) came to $3.01 for an 8x10, including sales tax. Snapfish would have cost $3.23 for the same item. Of course, Sam's Club is even cheaper if you have a membership there.

Actually I buy mine to send (mainly 6x4, stateside stills, to cut costs).

I'm from the states so I had to do a curency conversion to be able to make a comparison. 1.25 UK pounds comes out to around US$2.00 -- that's not a good deal, really. I didn't even factor in the shipping cost. But to give you an idea, I can print out a 4x6 through Walmart's site for around 10 cents each (site to store) including sales tax. I'm sure you can find a better deal than that. It's not that hard to find a file that is big enough to print out a 4x6 through an online site. In fact, it's even cheaper to download a file and print it out at a kiosk.

Not bashing you, by the way. Just trying to point out that if you need to cut costs, there is a better way.

£1.20 is about standard for an 8x10 in the UK from a supermarket, Snapfish in the UK are 99p, plus postage and packing.
