Problem!!! Troubleshooting with US stamps in Russia =(

Hi to all! I am from Russia and we have some problems with sending international letters which must include SASE or IRC =*( We haven't IRC in Russia, and there is vert difficult to find american stamps.. May be someone can help?

Many people sell US Stamps on here, go to the Autographs Sale section
